Koike Teppei to participate in upcoming 3D anime film, “Tofu Kozo”

Back in November, tokyohive reported that Fukada Kyoko would be voicing a character for the upcoming 3D anime film, “Tofu Kozo“, which is scheduled to be released on April 29th.  Recently though, more cast members for the voice acting role have been revealed, and Koike Teppei was one of the cast members announced today.

This marks the first time that he will attempt voice acting, and he will be playing one of the Yokainamed, “Sodehiki Kozo.”  Hirano Aya will also make an appearance, and she will be playing a human girl named Ai who will be the first friend of  ”Tofu Kozo” (Fukada).  Oizumi Yo, Dan Rei, Haruna Ai, and Miyasako Hiroyuki will be participating in the anime film as well.

“Tofu Kozo” is a story about the Yokai “Tofu Kozo” and his journey to look for his mother.  The theme song “Haruka” will be sung by female rock band, SCANDAL.
