Miyavi reveals full dates for 2011 world tour & announces re-cut single


Rock singer MIYAVI recently released his new album “WHAT’S MY NAME?” and he has just revealed some exciting news for fans. On February 2nd he will be releasing a re-cut single titled, “WHAT’S MY NAME? e.p.” for fans to enjoy.  To add even more excitement for fans of the samurai guitarist, he has also released the full tour dates for his “WHAT’S MY NAME? WORLD TOUR 2011.”
The “WHAT’S MY NAME? e.p.” will be similar to the originally released version, however, for the re-cut he will be adding a coupling song that will feature a well known bassists as a featured guest.  The bas
sist will be featured on both the regular and limited edition versions of the re-cut, with more details to be announced soon.
“WHAT’S MY NAME? e.p.” first edition limited special will come with a special DVD that will have footage from MIYAVI’s August tour stop “<TOUR in Tokyo 2010> Screaming Out from TOKYO.”  It will have live clips of “SURVIVE,” “TORTURE,” “WHAT’S MY NAME,” and also his performances from the November “EMI ROCKS” music festival.
MIYAVI will also be kicking off his world tour on February 9th at the Nagoya BOTTOM LINE club and it will run all the way April 4th in Munich Germany.  Tickets for the Japanese half of the tour go on sale December 25th.
