SID announces the release of new album & live DVD + nation tour for 2011!


Visual kei band SID delivered a triple-crown announcement on December 11th about upcoming releases and events during their first live concert at the Tokyo Dome.
They’ve confirmed that they will be releasing their new album “dead stock” on February 23rd,  as well as a live DVD titled, “SIDNAD Vol.6 ~LIVE 2010~“, for March 16th. SID will also kick off their nationwide Halls&Arenas tour – “dead stock TOUR 2011” – starting March 1st. Upon receiving the news, the 40,000-member audience screamed enthusiastically with joy.
The new album “dead stock” will have a total of 12 tracks including, “one way“, “sleep“, “rain“, “cosmetic“, and “Ranbu no Melody“; fans have been anxiously awaiting news for their next release, as it’s been a year and 7 months since SID unveiled “hikari“, their first major album. A live document
book titled, “SID Live Document Graph 2010″ will also be dropped on the same day as the album.
The live DVD “SIDNAD Vol.6 ~LIVE 2010~” will come out as 2-DVD set, which includes 2 big concerts, “SID Summer Festa 2010” (held at the Saitama Super Arena on July 31st), as well as the December 11th Tokyo Dome concert. A “3-disc” version will be available as well, which adds a 3D viewing experience on a Blu-ray disc.
